01 NATIONAL AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR (NARDA)
Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is assisting the Cao Bang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement the project VIE036 “ Irrigation Cao Bang, Wise Use of Water and Agriculture” (WUWA).
VIE/036 WUWA is in its starting up phase and has a planned duration of five years.
The project/programme VIE/036 WUWA has three result areas:
Education for Nature - Vietnam (ENV) was established in 2000 as Vietnam's first non-governmental organization focused on the conservation of nature and protection of the environment. Our mission is to foster greater understanding amongst the Vietnamese public about the need to protect nature and wildlife.
We employ creative and innovative strategies to influence public attitudes and mobilize Vietnamese citizens to live in balance with the natural world. We work closely with government partners to strengthen policy and legislation and directly support enforcement efforts in the protection of endangered species of national, regional and global significance.

Technical support unit for Water management and urban development in relation to climate change in the provinces of Ha Tinh, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan (Technical support Unit – TSU) is a project sponsored by the Government of Belgium. Owned by the Department of Science, Education, Natural resources and Environment (Ministry of Planning and Investment), TSU is responsible for providing technical support to provincial projects within its program.
TSU is seeking for capable national advisor on:
- Monitoring and Evaluation; - Integrated water resource managment; - Environment and Climate change.
