ADMINISTRATION AND GUESTS RELATIONS ASSISTANT

World Vision International – Vietnam (WVV) invites Vietnamese competent candidates for the following position:

ADMINISTRATION AND GUESTS RELATIONS ASSISTANT (01 position), work base: Hanoi.

Main Responsibilities:

(1) To support World Vision Vietnam in maintaining effective administration services and office management;
(2) To provide assistance to the Administration Manager in handling communications, information dissemination, guest relations and other general administrative support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in office administration.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Honesty, accountability and serving attitude
- Knowledge of computer (Microsoft Word and Excel), and office machine such as Fax, Telephone system, photocopier, and others.
- Knowledge of basic accounting is an advantage.
