Accounting Officer

“The Global Fund Project for Fighting HIV/AIDS” for the period 2018-2020 is funded by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria/ Global Fund to Fight AIDS and implemented by the civil society component of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). The Institut for Social Development Studies is assigned to implement the project in Hanoi, Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen and established the Global Fund Project Department for this purpose.

The ISDS Global Fund Project Department is looking for an accounting officer for the period from December 2018 to December 2020.

Mission:

The accounting officer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Monitor the implementation of the project
• Collect and verify vouchers of the project implememted in the provinces
• Summarize and make detailed accounting of the project
• Support the general work of the project accounting department
• Coordinate with project officers for other relevant tasks
• Make financial reports of the project

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of ODA project accounting
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, careful and have a team spirit
• Proficient in office automation and accounting softwares
• Summarize and report skills
• Ability to use English in work
• Candidates who have been employed as accountant for NGOs in the social field or ODA projects are preferred
