Accountant (Short-term Contract)

Consultancy on Development (CODE) is an independent Vietnamese not for profit organisation, works on research, consultancy and policy advocacy for sustainable natural resources management and development in Vietnam. We are currently looking for a Vietnamese qualified candidate to fill the short term contract (nine months, starting as soon as possible) for position of Accountant, based in Hanoi.

Overall Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and process daily payment to cash/bank
2.Manage and keep accounting records
3.Check vouchers/ receipts/procedures
4.Check budget of organization as well as of projects
5.Maintain and manage financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
6.Doing quarterly/annually financial reports.

Qualification required:

1.Bachelor degree in Accounting major;
2.Good in both English and Vietnamese;
3.High attention to details and accuracy
4.Good analytical and organizational skills;
5.Good computer skills especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Accounting Software;
6.At least three years working experience at the same position;
7.Previous experience of working for a non-government organization (NGO) and NGO funded projects will be an advantage.

Remuneration: Competitive salary depends on ability and experiences.
