02 Individual Consultants to Evaluate 05 Years Implementing Law on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control

“Vietnam HIV/AIDS Prevention Project” funded by the World Bank and DFID is 6 - year Project in order to support the key objectives of Government of Vietnam’s National HIV/AIDS strategy. Central Project Management Unit - Ministry of Health invites qualified and eligible candidates to express their interest for 02short-term individual consultants supporting Central Project Management Unit to assess the relevant local Law and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Consultant1:
- Vietnamese nationality;
- University qualification in Law;
- At least 15 years working experience in developing legal document and providing legal advice,
- Priority is given to person with at least 10 years working experience in developing legal documents and providing legal advice in the area of HIV/AIDS; Priority is given to person who directly involved in the development of the HIV/AIDS Law and the associated Decree 108;
- Strong computer skills.

2. Consultant 2
- Vietnamese nationality;
- University qualification in medicine or sociology;
- At least 5 year working experience in developing questionnaires for social survey related to legal area,
- Priority is given to person with at least 5 years working experience in developing legal documents and providing legal advice in the area of HIV/AIDS; Priority is given to person who directly involved in the development of the HIV/AIDS Law and the associated Decree 108;
- Strong computer skills.
