 CECEM would like to announce the training courses which will be held in April 2012 as follows:

1. Meeting/Workshop Facilitation Skills (4 – 6 April 2012)
Target participant: This course is designed for those who are responsible for meetings and workshops, such as office meetings, problem solving meetings, planning workshops and reviewing workshops, etc.

The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, participants will be able to design, prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
Training period:      3 days (4 – 6 April 2012)
Training location:    Ha Noi
Language:            Vietnamese
Fee:                   VND 6.000.000 (excluding food, accommodation and travel)

2. Leadership (1st course): Leading Yourself (11 – 13 April 2012)
Target participant: Those who believe or wish to develop leadership skills.

The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, participants will assess the quality/leadership qualities and determine what to do to develop personal leadership skills. Participants will be exploring a process logic and effective tools to build your personal brand.

Training period:      3 days (11 – 13 April 2012)
Training location:    Ha Noi
Language:           Vietnamese
Fee:                  VND 6.600.000 (excluding food, accommodation and travel)

3. Collective Action (1st course): Farmer Group Forming (18 – 20 April 2012)

Training period:      3 days (18 – 20 April 2012)
Training location:    Ha Noi
Language:           Vietnamese
Fee:                 VND 7.000.000 (excluding food, accommodation and travel)

4. Project Design & Proposel Writing (23 – 28 April 2012)
Target participant: This course is designed for project managers, project officers and members of project management boards.

The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, participants will be able to design feasible projects that address the needs of a community. Participants will also be able to write project proposals that interest donors.

Training period:      3 days (23 – 28 April 2012)
