MDF Training Course on Results Based Management

MDF Training & Consultancy are pleased to inform you that we will be providing a course on “Results Based Management” (Vietnamese language) in Hanoi on 17 – 20 May 2021.

This course is designed to support staff of organisations involved in projects and programmes with a social impact (NGO’s, private sector organisations, UN organisations, governments), who need to master RBM concepts and tools. You want to effectively manage results-oriented projects and programmes in your own organisation or with partner organisations.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Understand the steps to construct RBM framework
  • Learn various methods for designing results (for example: Problem Tree, Stakeholder Analysis, Outcome Mapping)
  • Get insights in different RBM frameworks (e.g. Logical Framework, Results Frameworks, Theory of Change, Outcome Mapping)
  • Be able to apply RBM in real projects at all stages and drive result management instead of action management
  • Learn how to design a results-based monitoring & evaluation plan, including OVIs (objectively verifiable indicators or progress markers)
  • Learn to present results in short and concise ways
