Miriam is a trainer and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the Netherlands, and in South and South East Asia. As a consultant, she supported client organizations on issues related to organizational development and strengthening, strategic planning, employee satisfaction, performance and competency management, learning organisations and change processes. She is an experienced skill trainer on topics such as Result-Based Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Advocacy, Leadership, People Management, HR Management, Training of Trainers, Facilitation Skills and Personal Effectiveness
