Blue Food Workshop

Blue foods, such as fish, shellfish, and seaweed, have been increasingly recognized for their contribution to transforming food systems towards a net-zero, climate-resilient state. These systems also offer important co-benefits towards achieving other Sustainable Development Goals, including good health and well-being, gender equality, and decent work and economic growth.

The Vietnam Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning (VIFEP), in partnership with CARE and WorldFish, cordially invites your agency and delegates to attend workshops. These workshops will create a platform for discussion and presentation of innovative economic ideas in the Fisheries sector. Additionally, they will focus on sharing research and new scientific works that enhance sector management, increase its added value, and promote its sustainability in the context of international integration and climate change.
