Vietnamese Consultant to Conduct the EGF User Survey in Three Target Provinces under Guidance of and with Close Consultation to the M&E Specialist of REEP in Hanoi and the REEP Project Director

Oxfam-Québec is the implementing agency responsible for a five-year project entitled “Rural Enterprise Expansion Project” (REEP), funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). REEP is implemented in the provinces of Hai Duong, Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa, for a period of 9-2004 – 12/2010. The purpose of this project is support growth among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and to facilitate their access to formal economy and markets.

The Enterprise Growth Fund (EGF) is an initiative undertaken by the REEP / Oxfam-Québec in collaboration with its two (2) partner organizations, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (CA) and the Vietnam Women’s Union (WU), with funding from the CIDA, to foster improvements in modes of production as well as market expansion for micro- and small enterprises (MSE) in selected sectors in rural areas of the provinces of Quang Ninh, Hai Duong and Thanh Hoa
