Sub-Contract Management Officer

They are now looking for a talented, dynamic and highly motivated Vietnamese individual to contribute to their growing organization and to meet the challenging demand of the following position
based in Hanoi:
SUB-CONTRACT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

This position is responsible for managing and controlling all-sub-contracts agreements for PSI with government and local partners. The key responsibilities include: closely working with program team to develop budget and workplans for all sub-partners; working closely with sub-contract partners to manage financial reports; ensuring compliance of sub- contracts with donor and PSI requirements; establishing and maintaining effective relations with the Finance and Accounting departments of Provincial government partners, including regular travel to all provinces, providing training courses to government partners on PSI standard accounting applied to sub-contracts; supporting budget development for new sub- contracts for government and local partners.

Requirements:
- Relevant University/Masters degree (accounting, economics or related field);
- Demonstrated experience (2-4 years) in the areas of sub-contract and project management and project s accounting;
- The ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to issues;
- Experience in working with of Government s organizations;
- Excellent managerial, analytical and attention to details, and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- A good team player.
