Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Enviroment (iSEE) is an independent Vietnamese non-profit research and development institution working for a prosperous, democratic and just society. They are looking for researchers to join our diverse and compassionate team with different technical background, ethnicity, gender, culture and sexual orientation to effectively cope with different issues;

1. One senior researcher - key Responsibility of Senior Researcher
- Lead studies, surveys and analysis of causes of poverty, inequality and social issues
- Contribute to the strategic planning of iSEE
- Take part in iSEE’s work on lobby, advocacy and public education on poverty and inequality issues

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree preferably in social science, economics, public policy or public health;
- Capability to conduct research, studies and needs assessment using quantitative and/or qualitative approach
- Knowledgeable of minority issues is preferable (ethnic minorities, sexual minority, gender equity, social exclusion, poverty, HIV/AIDS)
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Personal commitment to iSEE diversity principles, the rights based approach and empowerment

Gross Salary Range: VND 25.000.000 – VND 35.000.000 depends on skills and experience

2. One research Assisstant - key responsibility
- Assist senior researchers to conduct studies, surveys and analysis of causes of poverty, inequality and social exclusion
- Contribute to iSEE’s work on lobby, advocacy and public education on poverty and inequality issues

Requirements
- University degree in social science, economics, public policy or public health;
- Willingness to learn and to contribute to team work on research, studies and needs assessment
- Interested in minority issues (ethnic minorities, sexual minority, gender equity, social exclusion, poverty, HIV/AIDS)
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Personal commitment to iSEE diversity principles, the rights based approach and empowerment

Gross Salary Range: VND 7.000.000 – VND 15.000.000 depends on skills and experience
