Project Officer

STDs/HIV/AIDS (SHAPC) has worked in the field of community’s health and development since 1998. They are urgently seeking a Project Officer in Ha Noi

JOB DISCRIPTION:
- Ensure that the activities under the project are implemented within the time limit envisaged in the project and have achieved the agreed targets
- Monitor project implementation at grass root level
- Liaise with key local project stakeholders
- Assist in preparing quarter and financial reports;
- Complete and store all the records pertaining to the project and its activities
- Discuss problems, which arise at the grass root level with the manager
- Measure the works and make timely payments
- Assist the project manager and project accountant to develop and submit progress and financial reports of the activities to the donor and partners

Other duties as reasonable requested by the project manager

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- University in public health, social sciences or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in development project
- Must be flexible and able to work on own initiative and interact effectively with external contacts
- Good project planning, management, budget and report  writing skills
- Good understanding and experience in HIV related issues
- Good management, administrative and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills

BENEFITS:
Starting salary: 280$-350$ depend on qualification and working experience

WORKING HOURS: 8hours/day, 5 days/week
