Vacancy: Project Officer –HIV/AIDS
Based in Nghe An

Job Purpose
They are now seeking a qualified Vietnamese national to fill in the position of Project Officer to provide technical supports to schools, teachers and students in Nghe An to effectively implement HIV prevention curricula and peer education in vocational schools.

Key accountabilities
The Project Officer will be responsible for providing proactive technical assistance to improve performance and achieve results, collecting, preparing and submitting monthly reports and data and assisting with activity documentation efforts.

Person specification
- Vietnamese national
- University degree: BA Degree on social sciences, public health, or education is desirable
- Work experience in HIV prevention preferred
- Proven capacity to build and maintain effective partnerships with provincial and local partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adults and with students
- Good training and management skills
- High degree of responsibility, integrity and personal and professional ethics
- Proven budget management skills and experience.
- English language skills preferred.
- Good computing skills (word processing, spread sheets, email).
