Project Coordinator
STDs/HIV/AIDS Prevention Center (SHAPC) is one of very first Vietnamese NGOs working in the fields of community health and development since 1998. They are urgently looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of Project Coordinator.
Location: Ha noi, Vietnam
Working status: Full time
Job Description:
- Manage the program in accordance with the project log-frame and implementation plan
- Develop and maintain working relationships with all related stakeholders
- Work with project staff to plan, implement, monitor and supervise project activities in cooperation with community partners.
- Monitor progress of the project in accordance with the Performance Monitoring Plan and provide regular updates of project progress and outcomes. Provide quarterly narrative reports as required by donor and partner.
- Coordinate in financial planning, monitoring and reporting. Ensure that expenditures are in line with budget and cash flow plans.
- Provide technical guidance to persons involved in the project as needed
Requirements:
- Vietnamese nationals
- University in public health, development practices, social sciences or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in development projects, having working experience for NGOs would be an advantage
- Excellent project management skills (including planning, implementation, monitoring and review, financial management and report writing)
- Proven professional skills in advocacy, communication, facilitation, training skills
- Must be flexible and able to work on own initiative and interact effectively with external contacts
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English skills
- Good understanding and experience in health issues will be an advantage
Benefits:
Salary: 8 000 000 VND (depending on qualification and working experience)
