Due to quick expansion, they are now looking for talented, dynamic and highly motivated Vietnamese individuals to contribute to our growing organization and to meet the challenging demand of the following position based in Hanoi: PMTCT (Prevention Of Mother To Child Transmission) PROGRAM MANAGER

Major responsibilities:
- This position will lead the PMTCT Program within PSI Vietnam. Program management includes developing program strategy to improve HIV testing among pregnant women, including high risk groups and linkages to reproductive health, care and treatment services for pregnant women and their children. Major responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
- Lead the development of PSI's communication activities to support uptake of PMTCT services, including HIV testing as part of ante-natal clinic services.
- Be responsible for the development of evidence-based communication strategies and ensuring quality implementation of field activities through a disciplined and targeted approach.
- Be responsible for aligning PSI’s program activities with other organizations working in PMTCT, reproductive health and HIV prevention, and linkages to care and treatment  programming.
- Manage field teams, in charge of coordination and collaboration with government and other partners and ensuring proper monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
- Provide technical assistances (trainings, communication materials and tools) to provincial partners to implement targeted behavior change interventions.

Ideally, the candidate would have previous experience working in HIV/AIDS program, reproductive health, family planning and/or maternal and child health in Vietnam. Experience working with provincial and district health services will be a plus.

Major Requirements:
- Medical doctor (MD) preferably or a Masters Degree or equivalent experience in public health or social sciences field;
- Significant demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in public or private health, demonstrated ability to work within provincial government system;
- Experience in execution of targeted promotional and behavior change campaigns a plus;
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking, and communication skills;
- Outgoing personality that can motivate teams throughout the country, participate in training and play leadership role with our partners in the field;
- Written and spoken English fluently;
- Results oriented team player.
