National Program Coordinator

AFAP Viet Nam is an international aid organization specialising in innovative projects in health, rural development and environment since 1989.
They are seeking a National Program Coordinator to manage the development, implementation and administration of community development and health programs of AFAP in Viet Nam.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant experience working in the Development sector (NGO) – at least 5 years
- Good general knowledge and awareness of current Development issues
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong project management skills
- Strong project, organisational and time management skills, the ability to manage work independently and plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
- High analytical and problem solving skills with an eye for detail
- Sound human resource management and operational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, liaison and negotiating skills with demonstrated experience working cross-culturally
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including Microsoft applications, online research tools and file management techniques
