National Consultants for an Institutional Assessment in Quy Chau district and Nghe An Province

The Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC), is implementing a project in Nghe An province :"Poverty Reduction through Institutional Strengthening in Quy Chau district and at Nghe An provincial level", and looking for various national consultants for an institutional assessment in Quy Chau district and Nghe An province.
