Marketing Coordinator

Population Services International (PSI) is the world’s leading nonprofit social marketing organization, with programs in 64 countries. PSI’s mission is to generate measurable health impact through culturally appropriate behavior change communications and by delivering affordable and accessible health products and services to low-income and vulnerable populations. We are now looking for a talented, dynamic and highly motivated Vietnamese individual to contribute to our growing organization and to meet the challenging demands of the following position based in Hanoi: MARKETING COORDINATOR

This energetic and creative individual will play a major role in developing marketing and communication campaigns promoting health-related behaviors, products and services. Working closely with PSI team, including Marketing and Communications, Research and reporting to Marketing & Communication Manager, s/he will utilize research to develop innovative and evidence-based communication messages. Through disciplined creativity, s/he will assist in the development and execution of campaign strategies including the creative concept development of mass media (TV, outdoor, print), mid media (events), targeted media (brochures, flipcharts, activities, posters), and innovative use of new media (internet, sms) and other communication approaches to achieve program objectives.

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree;
- Significant demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in implementation of communication campaigns, marketing techniques and development of messaging, including development of targeted messages;
- Experience in development of promotional and behavior change materials a plus;
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking, and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Team player;
- Direct experience in HIV prevention not necessary, compassionate commitment to working with vulnerable populations is.
