This is regular meeting of HCMC- INGO Discussion Group Meeting. Mr. Marko Lovrekovic, the managing Co-Director of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre in Hanoi will join and update the Resource Centre's activities at the meeting for members in the South.

- Update and outlook on RC activities and plans; information on pending legal regulations
- Feedback and plans for 2010 of the thematic working groups
- Planning of the quarterly meetings (April, July and October), topics and discussions in 2010
