External Consultants to carry out the Final Evaluation of the Project Employment Plan for People with Disabilities and other Vulnerable Groups in Vietnam

Spanish Red Cross in Vietnam (SRC) is calling for proposals from External Consultants to carry out the Final Evaluation of the project Employment Plan for People with Disabilities and other Vulnerable Groups in Vietnam, in the Provinces of the North Highlands, through training, Equipment Supply and Technical Assistance, implemented in cooperation with Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC).
Individual consultants as well as organizations are welcome to review the Terms of Reference  (ToR) for this assignment and submit their proposals before February 8th 2010.
