Expert Required to Develop an Institutional Business Plan

They are an international organization that has been working in the field of Natural Resources Management (NRM) in Vietnam for many years. Due to an increase in work demand and several new opportunities, they now plan to expand our activities to further support the country, as well as develop their organization in Vietnam.
They know what their current position is and what they want to achieve, however they need URGENT assistance from an external expert with experience in developing business plans to assist us in finalizing our business plan for their sustainable expansion in Vietnam. The expert should have a recorded list of successful projects of a similar nature. The work will take approximately seven to ten days. They want high quality service and output from the expert, so they are offering international payment rate for your work.
