Emergency Disaster Management Working Group meeting on Typhoon number 9

This is Urgent meeting of Disaster Management Working Group on Typhoon Ketsana (typhoon No 9 in Vietnam). The meeting will be focusing on:
 1. Update information on the situation of the typhoon/Response from Govnt, possible funding from Donors
 2  Guidelines, need assessment and report formats for Joint Assessment Team Members  (Summary of general information that  relevant for Rapid Assessments from UNDP)
 3. Discussion and agreement for conducting RAPID ASSESSMENT
