Education Intern

The Intern position gives chance to young people who is interested and committed to development work exposure. The Intern will work in Education theme to assist the Education and Community Development Advisor (Advisor) in her daily works as well as perform other tasks as provided by Education theme with duties and requirements as follows:

1. Specific responsibilities:
- Making arrangements for Advisor’s field visits
- Being translator when the Advisor works in fields and in Hanoi office
- Translating training documents into English and vice-versa
- Assisting Advisor to get used to Vietnamese habits and customs
- Assisting education team to conduct key events at project sites and at national level.

2. Expected outputs:
- Smooth communication between Advisor and partners
- All logistics for Advisor’s field visit and key events are well arranged
- Training documents are translated timely
- Workplan of Advisor and all related assignments are updated timely

 3. Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Independent, interpersonal skills
- Be able to travel excessively to rural remote areas (up to 80% of working time).

4. Benefits:
- AAV offers 1 year Internship agreement
- Intern allowance equals to VND 120,000/day
- Perdiem and accommodation will be borne by AAV when going on field trip
- Taking part in relevant events (internal training, meetings, workshops, etc.)
- Gain work experience that is valuable for future career after the internship
