Call for Expressions of Interest
The World Population Foundation (WPF) is a Netherlands based NGO working to promote the sexual and reproductive rights of young people and has worked in Vietnam for 15 years. One key component of WPF's strategy in Vietnam is to facilitate capacity development of Vietnamese non-government organisations that seek to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights. This is done in many ways, including the provision of training and coaching.
 
Over the coming months, WPF will be seeking consultants to assist in this process. We now are compiling a database of interested individuals, companies and NGOs who would like to be considered for consultancy contracts in the next two years. The specific areas where they may seek consultancy assistance are:
 
1. Strategic planning
2. NGO Governance
3. Resource mobilisation
4. Human Resource Management
5. Financial Management
6. Project Cycle Management
7. Monitoring and evaluation

1. Your CV, or organisational profile
2. Which of the above seven areas you can offer expertise
3. A clear statement of experience and qualification as evidence of that expertise for each area that you identify
4. A clear statement of your experience in training others
5. An indication of your costs
