Consultants to Develop Project in Hoa Binh and Cao Bang

SDC is looking for a team of two consultants (one international and one national) to develop a project for Hoa Binh and Cao Bang in the area of poverty reduction, that requires interventions in the area of agriculture and rural development and decentralisation of planning and budgeting.
