UNDP Vietnam seeks qualified international consultant for the Preparation of Knowledge Management Strategy, Capacity for the Implementation of International Human Rights Treaties in Vietnam project

The general objectives of the assignment are:
- To improve the understanding and capacity of officers working in the field of human rights, directly and indirectly, on KM is improved.
- The process of information gathering, managing, updating, sharing among ministries and government agencies and knowledge creation is improved. The decision makers can base on the information to arrive at a sound decision and develop effective procedures and necessary interpersonal skills among theirs subordinates.

It is expected that the assignment will be during the last quarter of 2009, and may be extended into 2010.
