Consultant to Development of a Website on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control which Will Be Placed in the MOCST's Main Webpage

The Component Project VNM0014 under the UN/Government of Vietnam Joint Programme on Gender Equality, implemented with financial support from MDG Spanish Fund, is managed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MOCST). It aims to improve institutional capacity in implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the execution of the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control. The Component Project VNM0014 Management Unit (CPMU) would like to invite interested agency/organization to send technical proposal for the development of a website on domestic violence prevention and control which will be placed in the MOCST's main Webpage.  and satisfy with detailed requirements in the TOR to be provided to interest agencies later one.

Main task (to be completed by the end of Quarter 1, 2010):
- Organize information relating to domestic violence prevention and control collected from CPMU, UN agencies and other sources to form the initial content of the website
- Develop a website in both Vietnamese and English on domestic violence prevention and control according to the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference

Requirements for participating agencies:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in website development.
- Have understanding and experience on web system of the Vietnamese Government
- Be able to provide training on website content management system
- Have understanding on gender and domestic violence
- Have professional and experienced staff in compiling and editing news and articles.
