In collaboration with Finance-colleagues and under supervision of the Partner and Accounting Coordinator, to manage the filing, document arrangement work following the grant agreements, donors’ rules and regulations and organization’s policies and procedures.
Provide support in sponsorship communications in the office and in the field. Specifically, this position holder will support orientation for field staff, partners’ staff, and community leaders and members, including children about sponsorship communications; maintain correspondences between sponsors and sponsored children and; and assist general communications of the program.

HPA has been operational in Viet Nam since 2016 and is currently implementing projects related to malaria control and elimination funded by the Global Fund to Fight Tuberculosis, AIDS and Malaria (GFTAM). The new 3-year GFTAM project is being implemented in two target provinces in collaboration with the National Lung Hospital, provincial lung hospitals, academic and local NGO partners.
