I. BACK GROUND
The USAID Green Annamites Project is a $24 million project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (“USAID”) and implemented by ECODIT LLC (“ECODIT”) in partnership with provincial governments in Quang Nam and Thua Thien Hue provinces. The objective of the Project is to support Vietnam’s transition to a climate-smart, low emission, and resilient economy that protects people, landscapes, and biodiversity in Vietnam’s priority forested provinces.

The USAID Green Annamites Project is a $24 million project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (“USAID”) and implemented by ECODIT LLC (“ECODIT”) in partnership with provincial governments in Quang Nam and Thua Thien Hue provinces. The objective of the Project is to support Vietnam’s transition to a climate-smart, low emission, and resilient economy that protects people, landscapes, and biodiversity in Vietnam’s priority forested provinces.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), ILO is supporting the national industrial relations framework to be consistent with the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in the framework of a technical co-operation project entitled Developing and Implementing a New Industrial Relations Framework in respect of the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. In order to achieve the set objectives, the ILO would support the Government’s capacity to meet the emerged requirements, including new rules on workers' representative organisations (WRO) administration, in view of the upcoming revised labour code.

Objective To provide insights on farmers/livestock keepers knowledge about rinderpest, their communication preferences and how they liaise with animal health authorities in the event of an emergency. To raise awareness of livestock farmers and relevant stakeholders in Viet Nam on rinderpest.
