The American Red Cross (ARC) is a partner in the USAID supported Vietnam Forests and Deltas Programme under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The programme is seeking a team of Vietnamese consultants, a national consulting firm, an institution or a non-Government organization based in Vietnam.
The main objective of this assignment is to provide technical support to improve the safety and climate resilience of existing communal shelters, including ensuring access to adequate water and sanitation facilities therein.

UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 National Technical Advisor for UN-REDD Viet Nam Phase II Programme.
The NTA supports, provides inputs to and organizes to implement whole technical process of related components from planning to quality assurance of outputs/products. He/she will mainly focus on three specific areas of work in the UNREDD Programme Viet Nam Phase II: (i) National REDD+ Fund design and operation; (ii) Benefit Sharing System; and (ii) Gender Mainstreaming.
Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is supporting the IFAD Tam Nong Support Project (TNSP) in Tuyen Quang province by providing complementary technical assistance to Government line agencies, district authorities and the private sector. The TNSP seeks to sustainably improve livelihoods among ethnic minority and rural poor households in Tuyen Quang province within all six districts, 64 communes with 57 000 households.
The project have commenced in early June 2014 and planned to be ended by mid 2017. The Lux-Development Support Team for the project VIE035 led by an International Project Implementation Advisor (IPIA) is looking for a TRANSLATOR.
National Value Chain Advisor (12 months assignment, renewable)
Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is providing Technical Assistance support to the IFAD Tam Nong Support Project (TNSP) in Tuyen Quang province. TNSP is a rural development programme that supports the operationalization of the prevailing Government policy on Rural Development Tam Nong.
