USAID/Vietnam - Evaluation, Monitoring and Survey Services Project is looking for a National Evaluation/Technical Specialist for Vietnam Evaluation, Monitoring and Survey Services Project (VEMSS). This project will assist the Vietnam USAID Mission to design and carry out various evaluations, monitoring surveys, and performance management studies. The project will also provide M&E training to Mission staff and implementing partners.
Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations is one of the sub-recipients of “The Global Fund supported project on HIV/AIDS”, funded by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
