1. Pro-poor Markets Program Officer (Oxfam Hong Kong)
The Pro-poor Markets Program Officer is responsible for developing and managing Oxfam’s Pro-poor Markets (PPM) Program in Vietnam.
Position: Full time work position. Consultancy with 12 months contract, extended every year until the end of the study (around 2-3 years).

Study: PAANTHER research study 01 – ANRS 12229: Improving diagnosis of Tuberculosis in HIV infected children in Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam) and in Africa (Burkina Faso, Cameroon).
Reporting: ANRS Clinical Trials Coordinator (PNT, HCMC) and to Asian Regional Project Manager (Pasteur Institute of Cambodia, Phnom Penh).

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified international expert on quantitative methodology for surveying justice, for the Research Study “Measuring Justice from Citizen’s Experience and Perspective in Viet Nam”.
The objective of the research study is to develop a quantitative instrument which offers an overall assessment of the provincial performance on guarantee of justice and equal protection of people’s legitimate rights in Vietnam. The instrument, that is designed to capture the administration of justice experienced by citizens in practice, not in theory, is expected to provide an effective tool to support the country’s efforts in monitoring the implementation of legal and judicial reform agendas.
