1. Background: Church World Service (CWS) is an American NGO, which began its work in Vietnam in 1954. Since then, CWS Vietnam has supported Vietnam continuously with projects primarily focusing on improving health services, access to water and sanitation, nutrition for children, education for ethnic minorities and disaster relief.
Subject: Capture the market upgrade/improvement on video for strategic communications, promotion, and advocacy purposes Consultant: Local consultant(s) / Media Company Duration: March – May 2012 (up to 20 working days excluding travel days)
1. Background APII has supported the upgrade of the poultry sections in Dong Ha Central Market, Quang Tri. In order to help document the process and the outcomes, the project will engage media consultants / a media company to produce a professional quality video of the upgraded market and improved operations by key stakeholders (market managers, vendors, inspectors, traders/collectors) as well as the feedback from suppliers (farmers) and poultry consumers.
The Project Development Manager of the Energy Development Center will be part of an extraordinary team who identify and qualify opportunities while working in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. You will lead the project team to meet yearly objectives and represent the Center in all local and international events.
SCOPE Reporting to the Board of directors, the Project Development Manager maintains an effective relationship with the partners and influences the overall success of the Center within the Vietnam National Energy Efficiency and Program.
