The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a national search for the acquisition of consultant services for Junior Consultant for Health Financing and Policy Analyst on behalf of Project VIE/027 receiving financial support from the Governments of Viet Nam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Responsibilities The Junior Consultant will assist the project in the adaptation and refinement of the PHA methodology and standardized materials, tables, matrices adapted to Vietnam context including its framework guideline, data instruments and work plan templates.
