Media Officer

The Australian Embassy is now inviting applications for the position of Media Officer.  This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a high standard of both English and Vietnamese language, written and oral communication and research skills and high levels of energy and dynamism to join the Embassy’s Public Affairs team.
The primary function of the position is to help publicise Australian Government policies and initiatives, and selected activities of the Embassy, through the Vietnamese media, with a particular emphasis on ‘new’ internet-based media.  The successful applicant will also monitor and prepare reports on selected topics in the Vietnamese media.
