Request for proposals: Consultancy for Assessment of Legal Services for PLHIV and Key Populations in Viet Nam
United Nations in Viet Nam is looking for a team of experienced consultants to conduct an assessment of the legal services provided to people living with HIV and key populations.
A terms of reference is attached. Overall Responsibilities: HAIVN seeks a Medical Officer Assistant. The Medical Officer Assistant is responsible for supporting the work of Medical Officers in Hanoi by assisting them in providing training, technical assistance, and supervision in HIV treatment at hospitals and clinics in Hanoi and the Northern Provinces and by assisting them to plan and implement training activities for Vietnamese clinicians throughout the country.
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving PAR efficiency and effectiveness”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. The main objective of the project is to support the implementation of the PAR Master Program and the Action Plan of the Government to carry out the 5th Resolution of the Party Central Committee (the Xth term) on “Accelerating PAR, improving public effectiveness and efficiency”.
