The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD), Province of Ha Tinh, Vietnam, is recruiting an international Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) to support the province in the initial implementation of the Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project. With financial support from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), this initiative will support the Province of Ha Tinh in implementing key priorities within the 5-year Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Plan, build small-scale infrastructure and strengthen public administration in support of agricultural development.
I. Background The PAR Master Programme in Vietnam (2001-2010) has done a mission in building up the foundation for a further reform of public administration system in Vietnam.
