Microfinance and Development Center (M&D) is a Vietnamese non-governmental organization, officially established on 2005. M&D contribute to build up a society where disadvantaged groups are concerned and provided with necessary supports to have brighter and more equal life, Effectively and efficiently support disadvantaged groups in improving their lives, mitigate their risks and promote their involvement in social activities through provision of quality activities, especially those of microfinance and community development. UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified international consultant for Assessment of Viet Nam’s Public Financial Management System (Macro Assessment).
The objective of the assignment is to conduct an assessment of Viet Nam’s Public Financial Management System, which will feed into the UNDAF and One Plan 2012-2016 preparation process by providing guidance on appropriate cash transfer modalities, procedures and assurance activities for UN Agencies in the next programming cycle.
