Duty Station: This is a Hanoi based position but requires frequent travel to the project area in Ngoc Son – Ngo Luong Nature Reserve – Tan Lac and Lac Son district, Hoa Binh, and provinces around the project area. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY VIETNAM BACKGROUND Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is a Christian, non-government organization, currently working in over 90 countries, with a vision of “A World Where Everyone Has a Decent Place to live.” Habitat for Humanity in Vietnam (HFHV) mobilizes resources (materials, labor and financing) to build, renovate or repair houses with people in need who are willing to partner by working on their house (“sweat equity”) and pay towards the its cost (typically through housing microfinance loan); HFHV also works with partner families to provide clean water and sanitation.
