Objectives of the consultancy: - To obtain an assessment of the mental health related needs of PLHIV registered in MdM-supported OPC in the framework of the program objectives - To evaluate mental health-related (MH) attitudes, knowledge and practices of OPC staffs - To produce a detailed strategic plan that adresses identified shortcomings.
