Family Health International (FHI) in Vietnam manages a diverse and expanding portfolio of public health and development programming, capacity building, and research. With funding support from USAID and the CDC, FHI is a partner of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), focusing on capacity building in HIV prevention, care, and treatment for most-at-risk populations. FHI also supports the Ministry of Health and local research organizations in a variety of research projects and clinical trials in the areas of HIV, malaria, avian influenza, and nutrition. They are also expanding into other diverse areas such as drug treatment and addictions counseling, tobacco control, and laboratory strengthening.
FAMILY HEALTH INTERNATIONAL (FHI) is looking for Vietnamese nationals for Temporary Finance Assistant based in Hanoi.
Main duties: to assist FHI Vietnam in the maintenance of accounting sofware, accounting for the finacial transacitons, and enhancing the financial management of the country office.
Duration: 4 months.
General requirements: - University degree in accounting, finance and related field. - Experience in similar position in a foreign business or NGO is preferable - Good spoken and written English language skills - Computer literacy (MS word and Exel are required)

The Centre for Sustainable Development Policy Studies (CSDP) was established on 11th April, 2007 under the Decision No.431/Q?-KHXH of the VASS President. CSDP operates as an autonomous and self-financing scientific organization under the Law on Science and Technology, and the Decree No. 115/N?-CP. Our mission is to collaborate with domestic and international scientists and practitioners in conducting research, exchange and consultancy on economic, social and environmental issues, and using them to provide policy advice on sustainable development in the context of Viet Nam joining WTO and intensifying globalization processes.
The project: “Vietnam Avian and Human Influenza Control and Preparedness Project” is co-financed by the Government of Vietnam, AHI Facility Trust Fund, PHRD Grant of Japan and IDA Credit with a total project cost of around US$38.0 million. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) and Ministry of Health (MOH) in 11 selected provinces, namely Lang Son, Ha Tay, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Tay Ninh, Long An, Dong Thap, and Tien Giang for a 4-year period from 2007 to 2010.
