Responsibilities - Expand the project from 100 families up to as many as 1,000 participating families in the next five years. - Introduce new processing, packaging, marketing and distribution methodologies for increased mushroom sales. - Work with expatriate mushroom experts to improve environmental standards, growing capacity, product lines and processing. - Manage staff, warehousing and shipping facilities, and budgets.
