WCS Viet Nam is seeking an insurance company or a broker to provide accidental and health care insurance package for WCS staff and their dependents for term of 2022-2023 with following requirements:
1. Supplier:
- has at least 3 years of experience in providing insurance package.
- Has at least 3 similar contracts
2. Insurance package:
Detailed requirements for each level are in the proposal form attached
- Number of staff level 4: 11
- Number of staff level 3: 14
- Number of staff/intern/volunteer level 2: 3
- Number of dependents level 1: 33
3. Proposals should include:
- Copy of business license
- Copy of similar contracts
- List of outstanding clients with contact points
- Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)
Interested suppliers please send the proposal in the sealed envelope to WCS Viet Nam office at D Building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.
