The SME Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Canada (Global Affairs of Canada). The project life is from 2014 to 2020. One of the medium term outcomes of the project is to increase quantity and improve competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh Province. The project has 3 components which are closely related each other.
- Component 1: SME development
- Component 2: Infrastructure construction supporting SME development
- Component 3: Capacity building for public administration on supporting SME development
Now, we are recruiting independent consultants for assessment of labor supply and demand and develop the list of training programs and training priorities for SMEs in Tra Vinh province.
