The Program

Coffey’s international development business is managing the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded Australia Awards program in Vietnam, which is an initiative to provide  Vietnam with additional higher learning and leadership capability to be used by graduates to make contributions to priority development areas.

We are seeking applications from Vietnamese nationals for the position of HRD Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Position

The HRD Manager reports to the Team Leader and works under the general guidance of the International HRD Adviser to support the HRD components of the program, including providing advice to selected Government of Vietnam agencies on HRD planning within the context of the scholarship program. The HRD Manager also develops re-integration strategies and conducts re-integration workshops for awardees returning to their workplaces. This position will build engagement with a diverse group of stakeholders in Vietnam and will develop an understanding of HRD needs across different business sectors.

The Person

Are you a motivated human resource development professional with skills in facilitating engagement and organisational change management? We are seeking qualified applicants with demonstrated experience in human resource development roles in the public or private sector, including providing advice and mentoring on HRD planning, designing training and contributing to organisational change. An understanding of the development sector in Vietnam and the ability to liaise and coordinate across different sectors will be highly regarded.
