Senior Software Development Expert (Health Information Management Systems)
The European Union Health Facility (EUHF) has been established by the European Union in March 2015 as a part of the actions agreed with the Government of Vietnam within the framework of the EU Health Sector Policy Support Programme phase 2 (EU- HSPSP 2):Towards Equity and Quality of Health Services in Vietnam.
EUHF is currently looking for the experts to fill in the position of the Senior Software Development Expert (Health Information Management Systems)
Duration of the assignment is from July 1, 2015 till April 1, 2016 for a total number of 100 working days (part time employment).
Health Information System Expert
- A master/bachelor degree in information or tele-communication, technology or automatized cybernetics, informative mathematics or other relevant areas.
- At least 10 years of experience in information technology area.
- Experience working in the health information system
- Experience in software development, engineering, training and implementation is required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Previous experience in development, calculation of performance indicators, analysis and assessment would be an advantage
All candidates must be computer literate (in spread-sheets and word processing, preferably in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint), and be fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
