The ILO CO Hanoi Industrial Relations Project is seeking a qualified consultant in Vietnam to undertake an external collaborator contract (Excol) in developing a summary and consolidation of good practices and lessons learned from VGCL Pilot Initiatives in trade union and Industrial Relations Development.
