National Experts to Assist MOHA to Develop a Standard Information and Database Exchange System (SIDEs) of Public Servants

Request for CV submissions from group of 3 national experts to assist MOHA to develop a standard information and database exchange system (SIDEs) of public servants

The Proposal “Developing the Standard Information and database exchange system of public servants” aims at harmonizing and systemizing the information and database of public servants both at central and local levels, a basic foundation for provincial and commune agencies to build up their own database cadres system.

In order to get best quality of the Proposal, the PMU of PAR MOHA together with the Information Center (CT), Ministry of Home Affaires is to recruit a group of 3 experts to assist the PMU to evaluate the current situation of the system, the needs for the information management and database system of ministries, public sectors and local agencies; then develop a harmonized and systemized information database system of public servants. The whole process requires lots of energy, qualifications and experiences of experts on human resources, public administration reform, development studies, IT and special understanding of current civil servants and public employees’ management situation in Viet Nam.

Work duration: 65 days starting November 2014.

Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by Project, IT of MOHA.
