Finance and Administration Manager; HIV/AIDS Program Evaluation Specialists

Management Systems International is starting up a new 5 year program in Vietnam and would like to recruit two positions as below:

- Finance and Administration Manager

This is a full time staff position for the project responsible over the financial tracking/reporting/management aspects of the program.

- HIV/AIDS Program Evaluation Specialists

This is a short term consultancy for program evaluators experienced in evaluating HIV/AIDS focused programs.

The work will take place at our central office in Hanoi, with travel to HCMC and other provinces. November 1 is an acceptable deadline for applications.
